SamLab supports HL7 message reconciliation on the Enterprise plan, so results flowing between analyzers, middleware and the LIS stay matched to the right order. FHIR Integration

FHIR is on the SamLab roadmap and is not shipped yet, so we do not claim live FHIR endpoints today. Interoperability that works now is HL7 v2 reconciliation on the Enterprise plan and direct ASTM analyzer links. ASTM Integration
