Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate SamLab before paying. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm the software fits your lab.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your licence remains active until the end of the current paid period.

• As SamLab is a digital software licence preceded by a free trial, fees are generally non-refundable once a paid licence is activated.
• Automatic refund on failed activation: if your payment succeeds but we are unable to issue your licence due to a technical error on our side, the payment is refunded automatically — typically reflecting in your account within 1–2 working days. You are never charged without receiving a licence.
• If you experience a genuine technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time of you reporting it, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
• Duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded in full.
• If a payment is refunded, the associated licence is deactivated.
• Where GST was charged, any refund includes the GST collected on the amount being refunded. A full refund returns the full GST-inclusive amount; a pro-rated refund returns the GST on the pro-rated portion.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment provider (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank’s processing times.
