Emailing a report to a patient or a referring doctor from within SamLab is on the roadmap and is not built. Note that SamLab does send transactional email about your account and licence — that is the vendor emailing you, not your lab emailing its patients.

Questions labs ask
Can I email a report to a referring doctor?+
Not from inside SamLab today. Reports can be produced as PDF and sent by your normal mail client, and WhatsApp delivery is built.
But I get emails from SamLab already.+
Those are account and licence emails from the vendor to you. Patient-facing report email is a different feature and is not built.
Is bulk emailing of reports planned?+
Report delivery by email is on the roadmap. Bulk marketing email to patients is not something a diagnostic lab should be doing casually in any case.
