Which laboratories actually use SamLab?

SamLab runs in diagnostic and pathology laboratories across India and in several countries beyond it, from single-room labs to multi-branch operations. The accounts published as case studies are named — the laboratory, the person quoted, and what they were trying to fix — rather than anonymous testimonials.

How these are sourced

  • Every quotation is a review the customer submitted themselves through our public reviews wall. Nothing here was written for a customer or approved on their behalf.

  • SamLab ships a Jordan setup: JOD priced to three decimals so fils are never rounded away, +962 numbers, governorates, a Sunday week start and Asia/Amman.
  • Patient names can be registered in Arabic alongside a Latin spelling, because the analyzer link and a referring hospital both read the Latin one.
